Julie and Eric sold our lot in Kona when the building plans did not work out. At the same time they searched for a home for us to retire to moving from San Diego. Buying a house when you are out of the area is stressful but they made it easy and we ended up with a nice home in Waikoloa. They are great and highly recommend.

The 365 team made our move to Hawaii so easy. We moved here in the middle of the pandemic and had to buy a house without setting foot in it. I won't say sight unseen because it didn't feel like it. They FaceTimed with us and Julie's enthusiasm for the house we ended up buying told me everything I needed to know. I walked in that first night feeling like I had already been there. My husband David and I had planned to find a house on the island in April and move in June 2020, but the virus changed those plans. When our plan to come in August fell through we decided to do the unthinkable and look at houses remotely from New Jersey. We had seen Lance Owens in Julie’s groups and felt we could trust him to find us a house. We were trying to decide between Waikoloa and Kona. Lance was amazing. He drove around the neighborhoods FaceTiming with us as he went. Julie joined him and the two of them gave us great tours of each house, looking in closets, under sinks and in all the places you don’t see in the pictures. Along the way they gave insights to neighborhoods and pros and cons of each house. They found us our dream home in Kona and we are now in escrow. We couldn’t have done it without them and we are so grateful for their help. So glad we found them.

Cannot recommend Team Ziemelis enough! Our search for our Hawai’i home started with watching their valuable content on YouTube. I also ordered their book to get incredibly helpful information. When my husband and I connected with them to start our search they were so supportive and helpful. They drove us around neighborhoods to help us narrow down our search when came out the first time. They were with us through the whole process giving local insight into neighborhoods and steering us away from houses that looked good on the internet but not in real life. We first „met“ Julie and Eric when we discovered their 365 Hawaii YouTube channel during the early days of the pandemic. They did a great job marketing our condo and had excellent suggestions as we prepared it for sale. As a result, we had an offer we accepted in the first week it was listed. In fact they ended up providing services for our buyer as their agent was not particularly responsive and hardworking.
