Julie and Eric sold our lot in Kona when the building plans did not work out. At the same time they searched for a home for us to retire to moving from San Diego. Buying a house when you are out of the area is stressful but they made it easy and we ended up with a nice home in Waikoloa. They are great and highly recommend.

The 365 team made our move to Hawaii so easy. We moved here in the middle of the pandemic and had to buy a house without setting foot in it. I won't say sight unseen because it didn't feel like it. They FaceTimed with us and Julie's enthusiasm for the house we ended up buying told me everything I needed to know. I walked in that first night feeling like I had already been there. Both Julie and Eric are knowledgeable and always available to help with any questions. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

When my husband and I decided to move to The Big Island we found Julie and Eric via their YouTube channel. Boy did we get lucky!
